Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Oregon to join our growing group private practice as a Clinical Supervisor.
This is a fully remote, contract position focused exclusively on providing high-quality clinical supervision.
About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor will provide structured, consistent supervision to board-registered associates, primarily Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs).
Our associates receive weekly supervision, with total supervision hours determined by caseload and supervision format.
Supervision typically ranges from 1–3 hours per week per associate, depending on:
- Number of clients assigned
- Supervision format (individual, dyad, or group)
Our minimum supervision structure exceeds Oregon board requirements, ensuring associates receive consistent, high-quality clinical support.
This role is ideal for a supervisor who values mentorship, flexibility, and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct (face-to-face) clinical supervision via telehealth.
- Supervise up to 6 post-master’s level associates (primarily CSWAs).
- Facilitate a weekly clinical consultation/team meeting (1 hour) for up to 6 licensed clinicians.
- Support case consultation, clinical development, and ethical decision-making.
Commitment:
- 1–10 hours per week, depending on:
- Number of supervisees
- Supervision format
- Includes:
- Direct supervision hours
- Weekly 1-hour clinical consultation/team meeting
- Monthly 1-hour meeting with management
- Flexible scheduling — you set your availability
- 1-year contract agreement
Compensation:
- $100/hour – direct supervision and clinical consultation
Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
- Must be based in Oregon.
- Board-approved supervisor with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers (OBLSW).
- Board-approved with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT), or in the process of obtaining approval, preferred but not required.
- Experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
- Strong commitment to culturally responsive, ethical care.
Preferred (not required):
- Ability and willingness to provide supervision to Professional Counselor Associates and Marriage and Family Therapist Associates.
- Willingness to become board-approved with OBLPCT if not already.
