Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) – Part-Time (Employee)

Compensation: $87 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon to join our growing group private practice as a Clinical Supervisor. This is a part-time employee role that combines direct clinical work with supervision, consultation, and clinical leadership.
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentorship, values flexibility, and is looking to expand their experience in supervision and practice leadership.
Position Overview:
This role includes a blend of clinical care, supervision, and clinical leadership within the practice.
- Provide approximately 10 hours of direct client services per week (hybrid: telehealth and in-person).
- Provide clinical supervision remotely for up to 6 associates.
- Provide clinical consultation and support to licensed clinicians.
- Conduct chart review and sign clinical documentation.
- Support clinical training and staff development initiatives.
Schedule:
- 14–29 hours per week, depending on the number of associates and licensed clinicians.
- Supervision is conducted remotely.
- Client services are provided via a hybrid model (telehealth and in-person).
- Flexible scheduling within agreed availability.
- Hours may increase based on practice growth and supervisory needs.
Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
- Must be based in Oregon.
- Board-approved supervisor with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers (OBLSW).
- Credentialed (or eligible for credentialing) with commercial insurance panels and Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
- Experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Approved (or willing to become approved) with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT).
- Experience supervising counselors or MFT associates.
